ELIMINATING THE CONFUSION OF LISTING CONTRACTS

In addition to the obvious things in a listing contract such as seller name and property address, there are some other things you need to be aware of. There are many things which can be put in the contract to protect you years down the road or if they are missed which could cost you years down the road.
